Leadership

As General Manager, Wendy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to this position, she lead the sales team and managed large portfolios for clients such as Tishman Speyer, Carr Services, and Brookfield Properties as well as law firms and four-star hotels. She represents the company in several prominent professional associations including BOMA, AOBA and IREM. Wendy’s keen business sense and extensive knowledge of landscape operations strengthens Premier’s mission while creating an environment of total client satisfaction within the organization.

Client Relations

Nicole joined us in 2015, bringing over 20 years of sales & business development experience to the Premier team. Her love of plants is deeply rooted, her grandparents were farmers in Anne Arundel County where she spent weekends and summers helping harvest crops. In addition to her love of plants, design and decor, Nicole also enjoys giving back to her community through volunteering and fundraising. She enjoys being involved with BOMA & IREM and making a difference in the industry.

Spanning 45 years, Pat has extensive landscape management experience in all facets of the landscape industry. He has designed and installed many forward thinking landscapes including numerous Aqualok green roof systems. His wealth of working knowledge combined with his Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticulture ensures client satisfaction. Pat is a past president of the Landscape Contractors Association of Maryland, DC, and Virginia.

Robin began her career in the Landscape Industry in 1980 after receiving her degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design. She has over 25 years of experience working with interior and exterior landscape projects throughout the Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia areas. With an extensive background with managing landscape crews and client relations, she manages a wide variety of portfolios for clients in the Washington DC and Northern Virginia areas.

Sarah has a degree in Studio Art from American University and a Graduate Certificate in Landscape Design from George Washington University. She has been working in the landscape industry for the last six years. Customer service is very important to her and she takes great pride in the relationships that are developed with the clients she serves. Her experience in design, and lifelong love of gardening combined with the GWU certificate provides a sound foundation for the challenges in creating and managing indoor and outdoor plantscapes.

Active in the nursery industry since 1989, Lori retains a certification with the Georgia Green Industry Association. Her passion with all things green has lead to working in many facets of the business including several levels of retail nursery sales and customer relations’ management. Her love for plants and creativity carries over as a hobby at home with a love of container gardening.

Ricardo is an account representative, with responsibilities for marketing interior & exterior landscape programs and supporting the needs of our existing clients. He works closely with our landscape technicians and supervisors in the field. Prior to joining Premier, Ricardo worked as a strategic account manager, Business to Business development and marketing at several companies for 16 years, and also served as a Personal banker. Notable in his 7 years as Business to Business Development and Federal account manager for Staples Business advantage, where he focused major sponsorship and other partnering initiatives. Ricardo’s most noteworthy qualities are his imagination, drive and client connections. He blossoms with difficulties, especially those that extend the organization’s scope. Some of his latest undertakings included building and extend customers relations.

Amy joined our team in 2016 and brings an energetic 15 years of sales and business development experience to Premier. Prior to joining us, Amy worked in the construction industry for several years, and earned the “Women in Construction Award” in 2015 from the Associated Builders & Contractors/Chesapeake Shores Chapter. She is very familiar with the DC market and active in both BOMA & IREM and looks forward to building roots in the landscape industry.

Operations

Interior & Urban Exterior Supervisor

Margarita’s vast plant knowledge is unprecedented when it comes to horticultural maintenance service & client communication skills. She brings with her nearly 29 years of experience to our clients, and has been a part of our team since 1998. Margarita is also bilingual in Spanish and English.

Senior Field Supervisor

As a veteran member of the Premier team, Dino has over 15 years of company experience.
After 6 years as a supervisor on the interior side of the business, he transitioned to the exterior maintenance division. His hard work and dedication as an exterior field supervisor lead to a promotion to senior field supervisor in 2013. In his current role, he is responsible for strengthening all of the exterior maintenance teams through on site and professional trainings. In 2014, Dino became a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) and a proud US Citizen. He works closely with clients and the client relations team to ensure 100% satisfaction at over 50 project sites throughout the DC region.

Operations Manager

Patrick began his career in the landscape industry in 1989 and has held many management positions.
He joined Premier Plantscapes in early 1998 as an installation crewperson. As the company has grown Patrick has proven that his knowledge and abilities are maximized in his current position. This position includes all scheduling of interior and exterior landscape installations, green roof installations and maintenance scheduling, ordering of materials, receiving, vendor relations, just to name a few. Patrick maintains daily contact with all of our installation crews as well as the client relations staff and Regional Maintenance
Supervisor, Margarita Amaya.

Interior & Urban Exterior Supervisor

Misael  began his career 23 years ago, starting as an installer’s helper, learning and working his way up as the business grew. As we offered additional services, Misael took on greater responsibilities and grew his knowledge and diverse base. He proves to be an asset on a daily basis while working with his crews as well as our clients during installations. Misael’s commitment to excellence is shared by all who work under his direction, as a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT).

Administration

Aura Rodriquez is the driving gear in our machine, she is a bridge between our clients and our staff. She is a fire fighter, problem solver and does not have an issue with anything thrown her way. She keeps us on our toes and ensures our customer’s satisfaction grows.
